Cooking Instructions

  • For Under Grill - Remove the Soya Shami Kabab from packing and thaw it. Shallow fry little oil on medium heat for 2 minutes at 90oC approx (until it becomes golden brown and crispy)
  • For Oven Baking - Preheat the oven to 250oC / 425oF. Remove the Soya Shami Kabab from packing and thaw it. Arrange the Soya Shami Kabab in s single layer in tray and bake for 10 minutes until it becomes crispy and golden brown. Now it is ready to serve with chutney/sauce. 180oC / 360oF
