Cooking Instructions :

• Roast - After thaw, marinade with spices for 4 hours and keep in cold place & then roast.
• Curry - After thaw, cut in small pieces & fry for 1-2 minutes on medium flame & then cook in any curry
• Fried Snacks - After thaw, cut in pieces and coat with besan batter (pakoda batter) & then fry.
