Cooking Instructions

  • For Under Grill - Preheat oven to 180oC / 360oF / gas mark 6. Remove the Soya Seekh Kabab from packaging and thaw it. Place the Soya Seekh Kabab on hot grill for 16-18 minutes and turn once to bake both side (until it becomes golden brown).
  • For in Frying Pan - Remove the Soya Seekh Kabab from packaging and thaw it. Fry in little oil deep fry on medium heat for 2 minutes at 90oC (approx). Now it is ready to serve with chutney/sauce.
